At Body Performance, we keep our classes small - only 8 per class. This allows us to keep your form first at all times. No color-coded workout or one-sized fits all class. Our classes are designed to fit your body. Always!
BP Intensity
A muscle pounding, heart thumping bootcamp-style workout designed to get you ready for anything. With unique combinations to achieve strength and cardiovascular fitness, BP Intensity helps you achieve your fitness goals. Each class incorporates dynamic readiness exercises to get your body prepared for the workout and includes modifications and advancements to meet your individual fitness level.
Full Body + Core
Limited to 8 women per class, Full Body Performance classes are personal training with group energy. Strength-focused programming, Full Body Performance classes address your fitness needs from head to toe. Combinations to integrate strength and bursts of cardio and core work for a full body workout.. Classes include dynamic readiness exercises to prepare you for the workout, and complex and multi-joint and multi-planar exercises for full body conditioning. The small class size allows BP Coaches to address proper form and instruction during class.
BP Skills
The BP Skills class is focused on traditional lifting skills - the squat, deadlift, chest press and pull-up. Classes are build around a specific skill, with complementary sets built to round out the workout. This class is a must for building a complete fitness plan. Limited to 8 clients, you get personal and direct coaching on proper form for each lift.
Core Strong
Core Strong class focuses on core strength, stability, and dynamic movement. A full core class engages the body from shoulders to knees, working muscles that lift, push, pull, throw, and carry. Each class includes dynamic readiness exercises to prepare for the workout, and complex, multi-joint, multi-planar exercise that fire up your core. Limited to 8 clients, you get personal and direct coaching on proper form.
Cardio Strength
Cardio Strength classes are interval based classes combining strength movements and timed sets. This heart pounding workout builds cardiovascular conditioning along with strength. Intervals allow clients to work at their own pace, pushing harder or going easier, and still keep pace with the group. Limited to 8 clients, you get personal and direct coaching on proper form.
