STEP ONE: Schedule Your Free Consultation

This 30-minute free consultation with a personal coach will introduce you to our female-run and female-focused fitness program, custom nutrition coaching though our F.I.T Plan,and our state-of-the-art facilities. As part of your Body Performance consult, you will complete a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), so we can identify faulty movement patterns and asymmetries, helping us determine the best path to start you on. This initial meeting will allow us to make recommendations for how you can achieve your goals, develop educated nutritional decision-making skills, and follow a workout routine that fits your lifestyle.

STEP TWO: Choose Your Group Training Plan

Once we have assessed your individual needs, you can choose a plan that fits your schedule and your goals. Our group training sessions are progression-based and will be adjusted to your ability, ensuring you are able to reach your exercise goals safely while still being challenged along the way.

Month to Month and Multi Month Pricing Options 

2X Per Week 

8-10 per month

  • Can attend an average of 2 sessions a week
  • May make up missed sessions throughout the month
  • Sessions do not roll over
  • An auto-payment is deducted on the 1st of every month
  • May increase plan at anytime
3X Per Week 

12-14 per month

  • May attend an average of 3 session per week
  • May make up missed sessions throughout the month
  • Sessions do not roll over
  • An auto-payment is deducted on the 1st of every month
  • May increase plan at anytime
UNLIMITED

15 or more per month

  • Sessions do not roll over
  • An auto-payment is deducted on the 1st of every month

Body Performance believes strongly in quality over quantity. Group size is limited to 8 individuals to promote accountability and ensure personal attention to your needs. Your workout will include a proper warm up focusing on movement and core engagement, strength training with exercise demonstration and explanation, and metabolic conditioning to increase fat burning and caloric expenditure.

Our coaches are known for their attention to detail and hands-on coaching and our workouts are a perfect balance of safe, effective and challenging strength training designed for women’s bodies.
